Our military steel barriers are fabricated from high-strength ASTM A36 structural steel, designed to withstand vehicle-borne threats up to K12 rating (15,000 lb vehicle impacting at 50 mph). These barriers provide a permanent, maintenance-free perimeter defense solution for military bases, checkpoints, and critical infrastructure protection.
Unlike concrete barriers that crack and spall over time, welded steel barriers offer superior tensile strength, longer service life (20+ years with hot-dip galvanization), and the ability to be repaired or modified on-site. Our fabrication process ensures consistent quality with certified weldments and precision-fit connections.
Available in heights from 36 to 72 inches with multiple foundation options including direct embedment, base plate mounting, and portable skid-mounted configurations. Each barrier is engineered to meet or exceed NATO standards for force protection and anti-ram requirements.
