By accessing or using the Fortis Barriers website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Products and Orders
All products are manufactured to order based on agreed specifications. Orders are subject to acceptance by Fortis Barriers Ltd. and confirmation of final pricing, lead time, and shipping terms.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are EXW (Ex Works) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are established per order agreement. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to carrier.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs, insurance, and delivery timelines are provided as estimates. Fortis Barriers is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.
5. Export Compliance
Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable export control laws and sanctions. Products are classified under HS Code 7308.90 (steel structures).
6. Warranties
Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty excludes misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fortis Barriers Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or arbitration in Zhengzhou, China.
